Xtreme Training is the best kept secret in town.  It’s about taking your fitness to the next level from wherever you’re at.  It’s about empowering people and giving you the system, self-confidence and mental courage to overcome the discomfort.  It’s the type of training where we build you up physically and mentally, teaching you the techniques for total body fitness.  We empower you to take this type of training and go anywhere in the world and be able to continue to do it.  The thing that keeps people coming back is that you never ever do the same class twice.  It’s completely different every time.

Xtreme Training is about camaraderie; the relationships between the people and the fun that’s involved.  The people come together in a positive, supportive way to grab the least athletic person and pull them along with us to get them to a place they never thought they could be.  The group has really become friends for life.

Xtreme Training is about the people, the relationships and the uplifting atmosphere.  Whether you’re a professional athlete, or a new mom, it’s about modifying what you’re doing, pushing you a little further every time and getting you through the class, especially when you thought you couldn’t.

Imagine a wall of high windows overlooking a courtyard with a beautiful waterfall across its expanse.  Beautifully tiled marble baths with showers are available; just bring your towel.  We have a newly installed dry sauna for either training or relaxation.  Weight training, and other equipment, appropriate to our regimen is all here.   Xtreme Training is located down the stairs on the cool lower level, beneath Washington Federal Bank.
