I bought this brand new in the box. I was very excited to get it for my daughter’s bird. The day it came I opened it up and took it out of the box to find that the backing to the picture frames had horrible scratches. The inside of the doors had gouges in the corners of the wood that had been painted over and the inside hinges had the beginings of rust. I was so disappointed. This is the first bad product I have gotten from amazon. I returned it and was refunded but not so much as an apology. Very upseting.
