My Haier dehumidifier stopped collecting water a week after the 12 month warranty expired. Haier customer service was extremely unhelpful. My repair person told me it will cost more to fix the unit than it is worth. If you only need a dehumidifier unit to work for a short period, Haier would be an adequate choice. Otherwise run away from Haier.
